Check In: 1:00 p.m.
Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 3 days before arrival to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
In case of a no show, there will be a one night charge.

Extra person Policy:
Extra persons are not accepted in the room without the permission of reception.

Kids Policy:
13 years old children or older count as an adult.

Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will receive free transportation to the new hotel.

The guest shall be able to make at least one phone call to home or office.
